Tom Reynolds provides consulting services helping organizations reach their finance/accounting, strategic, leadership, and human resources objectives. This includes providing research, analysis, and developing/leading trainings. He has a wide variety of professional business, leadership, finance, accounting, tax, and human resource experience. Tom currently works full-time for Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) in Cleveland, OH as a budget analyst in the Department of Planning, Budget, and Strategic Support.. He also teaches numerous business courses at the college-level. He has taught at the University of Mount Union, Tri-C, Cleveland State University, and Miami Jacobs Career College. Previous to working in higher education, Tom served as a city administrator and city treasurer for the City of Algoma, WI and, before that, was Village Administrator for the Village of Cardington, OH. He has experience working as an accountant for a local CPA firm. He completed a master’s in business administration degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University--double majoring in finance and human resources. Tom earned a master’s degree in public administration, specializing in local government management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice, both degrees from the University of Akron. Tom earned the senior professional in human resources certification (SPHR) from the human resources certification institute (HRCI). He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Clerks and Treasurers Institute.
