SHRM - Organization
This is a one-day intensive review for participants seeking SHRM certification. These intensive review courses are designed to supplement and support the overall SHRM HR Certification Preparation course.
The SHRM- Organization review course will cover the materials required for successful completino of the certification test. Specifically:
- Structure of the HR Function
- Organizational Effectiveness and Development
- Workforce Management
- Employee Relations (ER)
- Technology and Data
- Introduction and review of concepts for HR Professionals relevant to each major topic area (HR Functional Structure, Org Effectiveness & Development, WF Management, ER, Technology & Data)
- Review of HR competencies and knowledge topics for each area
- Completion of content area assessments to ensure understanding of content domain

Audit option: Students have the option to audit a course they have already attended at no charge within one academic year. Interested students must notify the ProDev office requesting to audit a course a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course start date to ensure there is enough seating. Audit students are responsible for their own parking and lunches. New materials will not be provided.
Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class.
