Microsoft Office Excel 2016: Level 2

Course Description

This class is intended for Excel 2016 users that have a basic understanding of the application. Anyone who generates reports, analyzes data or uses spreadsheets in their work will find this course useful. This course will deliver an in-depth understanding of this powerful program.

Real-World Application

In this course students will use advanced formulas and work with various tools to analyze data in spreadsheets. You will also sort/filter table data, present data as charts, and enhance the look and appeal with conditional formatting.

Prerequisites

Microsoft Excel Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.

Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will

  • Organize and analyze datasets and tables
  • Visualize data by using basic charts

Audit option: Students have the option to audit a course they have already attended at no charge within one academic year. Interested students must notify the ProDev office requesting to audit a course a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course start date to ensure there is enough seating. Audit students are responsible for their own parking and lunches. New materials will not be provided.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class. Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class.
