Executive Support Professional Certificate
The Executive Support Professional Certificate Program is designed to provide administrative, front-line and support employees with tools and experiences to enhance their performance and overall effectiveness. Participants will build communication skills to positively impact their workplace relationships; learn time management and problem solving skills to improve effectiveness; learn about the importance of teamwork, how to plan effective meetings, coordinate travel; and enhance their use of technology.
A certificate is awarded after completion of each of the required courses. Students must register in each individual course seperately or call 216.687.6957. This provides students the opportunity to move at their own pace.
