Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Successful business have people who can solve problems, make good decisions, and use sound judgment. Yet most organizations need help to develop these skills within their people: the ability to think critically and problem solve. Critical thinking and problem solving can be taught. When employees think critically, they work smarter. When employees improve their problem solving and decision making ability the overall performance of the organization improves.
Research has found that the more often people are exposed to critical thinking, the greater the probability that they will transfer critical thinking to other areas of his or her life. Deeper analysis produces deeper understanding, resulting in better decisions and smarter outcomes.
